Three times a year, training on the fundamentals of coaching, advanced workshops and supervision cycles are led by Alain Cardon (in English language) and are focused on developing systemic coach-specific skills for managers and coaches. 

All the Metasysteme systemic coaching training programs are now offered in Bucharest on a regular basis.  Note that Bucharest is a stone's throw from Moscow, Kiev, Istambul, Ankara, Prague, Warsaw, Budapest, Chisinau, Sophia, Athens, etc.  You couldn't dream of a more central location in Eastern Europe.  The program has actually already attracted participants from as far as Madrid, Rome, Helsinki, Berlin, Geneva and Amsterdam.

Note that the Bucharest location is also geographically close to Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Budapest in Hungary, Prague, Slovakia and a host of other Balkan countries. 

The Coaching Fundamental Cycles include eight to nine training days are organized over a four month period, three cycles per year.
