Metasysteme's origin goes back to the creation of Transformation Management Consultants in 1976, in Paris, France. This training and consulting firm was focused on adapting Transactionnal Analysis theory and methods to the corporate environment.
During its first years, Transformation developed its own original style and its very particular, performing training approach and exercises. During the eighties, the organization progressively grew and the team gradually focused on Systems Analysis and its applications in team building and team development, and then team coaching quite often using outdoor technology, under the EXTRA MUROS brand.
In 1992 , Metasysteme S.A. is founded as a holding company coordinating several organizations including Transformation S.A., Transformation Ecole centered on consultant training and development, and Metasystem Inc. in New York State. In the '90s, Metasysteme's activity graduallyfocused on coaching teams and organizations and becomes international to the point of accounting for more than 50% of its income.
In 1997, Metasystem Inc. in the US becomes independent as well as Transformation Ecole in Paris. The latter changes its name to Mozaik International, and Metasysteme France absorbs Transformation.
Since 1997, the "ex"Transformation team members and "ex"affiliated companies continue developing their practice as a network of independent entities both in the United States and France.
In 2000, Metasysteme moves to Southern France, in Carry le Rouet, close to Marseille, and that's where we are based today, primarily focusing on executive and team coaching, worldwide.
