Metacoach Systemic Team Coaching Workshops
Systemic Executive and Team Coaching Workshops for Coaches, Consultants, Leaders and Managers

All the workshops presented below are open to participation by leaders and managers.

Any part of the Metacoach training program:

  • Is completely open: experience what you want in any order you want.
  • Is shared and franchise-free: no strings attached. It is up to you to learn and immediately implement each and all the systemic Metacoach coaching tools offered.
  • Is designed for any begining or confirmed coach, consultant, internal or external coach, trainer, executive coach, network coach or team coach,
  • Is focused on developing systemic executive coaching, leader coaching, team coaching and organization coaching competencies and skills,
  • Is delivered in person by Alain Cardon, MCC (International Coach Federation) in English or French.
  • Can be delivered anywhere in the world for groups of up to twenty self-organized independent coaches or more formal coaching teams that practice their profession within a coaching organization.
  • Can be included within a coaching school or larger coach training program (as a visiting professor).

Note that  for some of our coach training and supervision programs, the Timisoara location is geographically close to Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia and a host of other Balkan or East European countries.  Participants in the Bucharest training program may also come from Moldavia, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Turkey.  Some have come from as far as Finland and Italy.

The workshop location in Hamburg, Germany welcomes participants from Northern Europe: Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland and from Northeast Europe and the Baltic area: Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.

EXECUTIVE COACHING, TEAM COACHING AND ORGANIZATIONAL COACHING DIAGNOSIS INVENTORY
Two consecutive days of training, for a group or team of twenty participants, maximum.

This training workshop is focused on delivering a systemic executive (individual) coaching, team coaching or organization coaching diagnosis questionaire for use in executive and team coaching situations. This inventory is franchise free, available for immediate use by all participants.

Each participant (coach, consultant, trainer) will experience the use of a simple and very effective questionaire that permits a detailed systemic diagnosis of coaching competencies, leadership or executive profiles, project management strategies, team or organization culture, etc.

Each coach or consultant participant will then learn how to use the diagnosis inventory as a foundational springboard to design systemic executive coaching, team coaching and organization coaching strategies with their clients.

Some individual and collective work and training on personal strengths and challenges can also help each coach and consultant participant position their personal coaching potential for future development, much in the same way as the diagnosis inventory can be used with any individual or collective corporate client.

SYSTEMIC DELEGATION PROCESSES FOR TEAM AND ORGANIZATIONAL COACHING
Two consecutive training days for a group or team of twenty participants, maximum.

This workshop delivers an organization transformational process that can either be implemented within client team meetings with a training and consulting approach, or be gradually "revealed" within a systemic team coaching or organisational process. It has proved its worth as a highly effective way for client teams to work more effectively on the one hand, and change its "management culture" frame of reference on the other.

More than a "meeting tool", the systemic delegation process is a co-training tool that permits a gradual shift in client team paradigm and culture. It facilitates collective growth towards better transversality, ownership, accountability, team maturity, focus on results, confrontation, and general business sense.

Beyond coaching work with teams and executive teams, this tool can be central when coaching organizations , permitting coaching work with groups of fifty to a hundred key players within an organizational system.

The "systemic delegation process" rests on a Systems Analysis theoretical background and is the basic operating principe for the Metacoach systemic supervision process presented elsewhere on this website.

During this two day workshop, participants will experience a progressive discovery and "team learning" process in much the same way that a client team or organization can be introduced to the tool while focusing on achieving its own operational or strategic goals.

The model is open and franchise-free, available for immediate use following the two-day workshop.

THE BREAKTHROUGH PROCESS FOR INDIVIDUAL, TEAM AND ORGANIZATIONAL COACHING
Two consecutive training days, for groups or teams of twenty participants maximum.

The "breakthrough" process as presented in this Metacoach workshop clearly illustrates how an executive or team coach is simultaneously concerned with developing a client's immediate results and with helping the same client fundamentally change paradigms.

Each participating executive or team coach, consultant or team member will experience a very practical learning process that can radically change their frames of reference about their personal limits and possible levels of extraordinary success within their own coaching practice.

If the breakthrough process is designed to redefine the limits of personal and professional ambition, it can also be applied to such objectives as radically increasing quality (of a product, or of one's life), reducing time to deadlines, limiting expenses, etc.

The breakthrough process will be personally experienced by each participant -coach, consultant or trainer- on a theme of their choice to facilitate their understanding of how to effectively reproduce it with their own executive and team corporate clients.

Two consecutive training days, for a group or team of twenty participants maximum.

  • Systemic Coaching to work with one's individual or team heritage (rather than against it),

  • Systemic Coaching to choose your own executive and team appropriate models for success and pleasure,
  • Systemic Coaching to work with environmental opportunities or limits
  • Systemic Coaching to make an inventory of executive and team development strategies for a "good life"
  • Systemic Coaching to know and accept youself as really different,
  • Systemic Coaching to experience all the exciting synchronic "coincidences" in your life.

For any coach, the Cubes Exercise provides an intense systemic training experience to explore and develop one's personal listening and observation potential. Used within an executive or team coaching context it is designed to offer numerous coaching opportunities for client growth.

The Cubes Exercise is an obvious metaphor for personal and professional life, and in that light (and competent hands), an extraordinary executive and team coaching tool.
