METASYSTEME is a global results-oriented executive, team and organizational coaching network radically dedicated to increasing your measurable successes through breakthrough systemic strategies.

To serve this objective, the Metasysteme network provides systemic coaching, consulting and training professionals for individual and corporate clients in Europe (and Eastern Europe), the Americas, Africa and the far East.  All over the world, our competencies are focused on exponentially developping our client's individual, team and organizational sustainable results.  

The international Metasysteme coach network is composed of individual who share a common approach and vision focused on developing and implementing executive coaching, team coaching and organization coaching processes to foster powerful systemic learning and growth environments.  These individual and collective systemic coaching strategies help achieve breakthrough client results.

Although globally active, Metasysteme's coaching approach can be positioned at the heart of what is emerging as a distinct  systemic "Continental European" coaching style and school of thought, working with clients while they expand to develop their full intrinsic potential.

Originating in France, with a base in Eastern Europe in Bucharest, Romania, and another in Madrid, Metasysteme was  created and inspired by Alain Cardon MCC, (Master Certified Coach of the ICF, International Coach Federation).  Today, Metasysteme is an active member of a global executive and team coaching and consultant network.

Offering Supervision cycles, a training program on the fundamentals of coaching mastery and an advanced coach training METACOACH program, Metasysteme also offers in-depth coach development environments for both begining and active coaches and consultants. 

These coach training, coach development and coach supervision programs are organized as a virtual school, presented under the name of the "Metasysteme Coach Academy" and posted on the left side of this page. The permanent coach training programs are offered in Paris France, in Brussels, in Bucharest, Romania, in Madrid, Spain.  Occasional workshops are also offered Germany and Brussels. All our coach development programs are coach specific training and supervision resting on systemic and breakthrough tools equally focused on executive, team and organization coaching.

As a consequence, the Metasysteme Coach Academy can now boast having actively participated in the training of European coaches from Spain, Italy, Romania, Finland, Germany, England, the Benelux countries, etc. ... and France.

All the Metasysteme  coach training programs have long been validated by the International Coach Federation. Consequently all participation in our original supervision process and in our coach development workshops counts as "Approved Coach Specific Training Hours" (ACSTH) for participants that aim for the internationally recognized (if not acclaimed) ICF certification or certification renewal.

The Metasysteme coach network has constantly been very active in creative research and development on breakthrough systemic coaching strategies and tools now recognized as being at the heart of what is emerging as a distinct continental European coaching style.  These have lead to numerous publications.  Over fifteen books have been published in French, Italian, Spanish and Romanian languages. (see PUBLICATIONS above and articles posted on this website). 

Some developments with clients have taken us to experiment original Metasysteme coaching strategies focused on large network, multiple team and large organization coaching with groups of fifty to one hundred participants.  These have helped boost large client systems to totally reshape their success paradigms in record time.
